Yes, all international travelers are required to have a passport BOOK, including infants and children. Passport cards, enhanced driver's licenses or SENTRI cards are not valid for air travel. To learn more about the application process, please visit the U.S. Department of State website.

If you already have a passport, please check the expiration date.

The State Department recommends that international travelers have 6 months of validity remaining on their passport after their return trip date. 

PASSPORT PROCESSING TIME is extremely delayed right now, check this site for details and do not wait until the last  minute!

Because group reservations at all inclusive resorts are pre-paid and non-refundable, travel insurance is encouraged to protect your investment. Life is unpredictable; plans can change.

The cost of insurance is based on your age, your state of residency and the total cost of your trip. Due to this, travel insurance prices will be quoted for each individual guest.

Without insurance, there are no refunds should your plans change. Without insurance, you will also not have any medical coverage for mishaps or catastrophic events. Your US health insurance will likely not work outside of the United States; please read the FAQ below for more detail.

You do not have to pay all at once!

Book early and take advantage of the Easy Monthly Payment Plan. It is interest-free! All you have to do is submit your secured payment form online. It will give Beyond The Sea Travels permission to debit your Debit OR Credit Card for any amount you choose, and how often you choose.

A minimum non-refundable deposit of $200 per person is due no later than November 1, 2023, in order to secure your room and shared roundtrip airport/resort/airport transportation. Please be sure to book your reservation by November 25, 2023.

A Second Deposit Payment of $200 of each guest's total reservation cost is due by December 27, 2023. (Email reminders will be sent to each guest in advance)

***The final balance is due by January 10, 2024***

Cancellations after January 10, 2024 will be non-refundable.

Please Note:  Terms & Conditions are based on a Special Event room block contract.

While the couple requests that you book your room with the group, you are welcome to book your own airfare. ​

Yes! Please coordinate with your roommate and designate ONE person to fill out the reservation form.

​If you would like to stay for dates before or after this date window, that is no problem! Please be aware that dates outside the room block window are subject to hotel availability.

• The couple has signed a contract with the resort and has committed to a minimum number of rooms

• Only rooms booked with Alpaca Your Bags Travel count toward this contract

• The resort has a 3 night minimum stay requirement, but you are welcome to come earlier or stay later!

The couple has paid a deposit to pre-reserve rooms for your group. They have a group contract that allows them to offer additional benefits for their guests.

The group kindly asks that you book your hotel within our designated group contract here at Alpaca Your Bags Travel.

There are several reasons why you should honor the group's wishes and book the hotel portion with the group:

• The group has worked with me to negotiate a contract for the ENTIRE group. This includes a special set rate and included transportation.

• Groups are given priority status at the resort, so you might miss out on some VIP treatment.

• Groups are given priority room assignments, so if you book directly, you're likely getting a room that couldn't be sold to a group. It will be leftover inventory, probably in a undesirable location away from everyone else.

• Groups are given priority in terms of an oversold situation. If the hotel over sells, your group is protected but his reservation is not. You could be walked to another location.

Guests who do not book within the group contract unfortunately:

• Will not get the group rates

• Will have to pay up front vs. over time.

• Will not receive any pre-departure trip support or post-trip support from me.

• Unfortunately I cannot assist with travel arrangements made outside of the group, nor can I assist in the event of an emergency.

• Will be required to pay a day pass on property to attend wedding events. Note: Day pass sales are extremely limited and not guaranteed.
